After more than 15 years without any real innovation in stem design and manufacturing, NEWMEN has succeeded in setting a new benchmark in stem design with its new design and a new manufacturing technique. The NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL 318.2 is the lightest 3D forged series oversize stem in the world.

The 3D forged stem was introduced in 2001 and very quickly the first super light stems were produced. These were the benchmark in terms of weight for years. After the introduction of the handlebar clamp size of 31.8mm and the introduction of the stem design (a round stem tube is no longer suitable for the current frame designs), the weight of these stems has unfortunately also skyrocketed.

With the NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL 318.2 they have now succeeded in creating a stem with a contemporary design and low weight. In addition to its low weight and no-frills design, it also impresses with its stiffness, stability and durability.
