Very pleasant on the foot. Was surprised how "waterproof" it is. So far I've only ridden in cool wintry temperatures. Very good grip on flat pedals (GEWAGE) with anti skid pins. Also suitable for mud rides. I ride a Focus Thron 6.8 fully but don't do jumps or singletrack at 63 so can't comment on that. The sole feels very stiff, which relieves the foot well. I would buy the shoe again, but only with the offer price. 👍👍👍👍👍
