The shoe is very comfortable to wear and the high-cut inside also protects well against impacts on the crank. The shoe is also good for walking. Unfortunately, I'm used to much softer and "sticky" soles. Here you have to make clear compromises in terms of stopping on the flat pedals. I ride very high-quality flat pedals with new, very sharp screw-in spikes and even then the shoe often slips off the pedal. Since the hold on the pedal is one of the most important points for me, there are only 2 stars.
