The bike is beautiful and makes a finished impression at first glance. Therefore still 3 stars.
BUT: The front sprocket rubs against the rear fork. This is a design flaw that cannot easily be remedied. Aside from the noise, over time the paint will be scraped off the fork.

Steady and sturdy bike.
At low speed, it feels a bit heavy at the front end, even if you don't have a load on the flatbed. You don't notice that much when you get up to speed.
The bike is prettier in reality than in the picture. Unfortunately, the cables for the lighting drag down the impression. It looks like no thought was given to how the cables should be routed when the bike was designed.
Adjustable handlebars proved to be a big plus for our family, although I'm guessing it makes up for most.
Despite the things above, I think it's a nice and affordable bike.
But a big minus is the support. The bike falls over if you try to load it standing on the side stand. A bike with a flat front should have central support. It's such a big miss that I can't give more than three stars.
