Downhill, Freeride & BMX saddles
Just because downhillers, freeriders and BMX riders don't sit on their saddles as often, doesn't mean they don't need one. During downhills and when riding or jumping over obstacles, your saddle should stay out of the way and guarantee full freedom of movement. But, it's needed to steer the bike during fast changes of direction on the track or in the air. As the inner legs regularly contact the saddle, the material must be particularly robust and hard-wearing – yet gentle on the skin. You'll find the most popular downhill, freeride and BMX saddles here.
