Touring bike suspension forks usually have up to 60 mm of travel. Correspondingly, they also have a shorter installation height and are not suitable for wide MTB tyres or demanding trail use. On the other hand, they often offer the option of mounting mudguards and have mounts for rim and disc brakes. When buying, you should pay attention to the diameter of the steerer tube, the correct brake mount and, of course, the correct wheel size.
