Failed the real test
After a fal from my road bike which resulted in the need for a hip replacement I bought a pair of these shorts. About a year later I had a relatively slow speed fall whilst wearing these but nevertheless shattered my femur adjacent to the hip replacement! Complex surgery was required and 14 weeks from the accident I am still not back on my bike. As far as I am concerned these shorts provided no protection at all. I contacted POC, but they were not interested.
