I've been driving the pedal for a little over 1 year and have only now noticed noises. The pedal hasn't played yet. In the end it was done quickly. Cap off, nut on ball bearing removed and axle pulled out.
The pedal has a slide bearing on the screw side (crank side) and a small ball bearing on the opposite side. I cleaned and re-greased the plain bearing surface. Everything is fine again. The sealing is very good so far. Normally I would give 5 stars, but there are 2 things that are negative: The pedal has a ball bearing and a plain bearing and not 2 ball bearings as described. That is simply a lie.! Description should be changed.
Furthermore, all pins should be tightened before use because they are not all really tight. But denoch: For around 20€ it's the best pedal I've ever had. Would buy again.
