Unfortunately the black coating on the tool tips come off immediately from use. They are magnetic so not aluminum, but seems like low quality steel.
But this is the perfect tool to be able to secure anything that comes loose on a ride. Just to secure it enough to get home. You may be able to generate 3-4 Nm of torque from the small leverage this tool gives but I would not stress the tool tips that much.
Has 8 mm hex for mtb pedals and rear suspension pivots. Even has the rarely used 2.5 mm hex that is needed on the Shimano battery mount.
This replaced tools that weighed 150 + 110 grams in my bike toolbag.
