The product arrived damaged, check whether your steel cable is in order at the top of your handle on the handlebars.
Also note that there is minimal play on the saddle, the product is cheap compared to the larger brands. But for me it is ideal. You can also adjust your saddle to all positions.
Neat solutions provided by Bikester, so that I now have a well-functioning system. Dropper is ideal for steep descents and I use it very regularly.
