The Escape Pro Pedal is based on the normal Escape Pedal, but has been optimised in terms of weight. Whereas the Escape has middle pedal struts that contain an extra pedal pin, the Escape Pro does not. This feature is not absolutely necessary and has no influence on the stability of the pedal.
