Material is soft and comfortable. Thanks to the elastic at the edges, it hugs the trekking saddle well. However, it is more likely to be used as a protective cover. When it rains, the cover soaks through completely. The rubber coating on the underside is torn after being used 3 times.
Conclusion: comfortable material and good for getting a damp saddle "dry", for example due to morning dew.
Not at all suitable as a rain hood.
