Rotor ALDHU 24 Crank Arms for 24mm Axle black

The Rotor ALDHU crank system is a completely new concept for racing cranks. The modular cranks ALDHU and VEGAST are extremely flexible due to their design as modular systems (left crank arm, right crank arm, axle with DM spline) and can therefore be combined with a 1 compartment or 2 compartment DM chainring or 110x4 or 110x5 spider. The crank and chainring assembly requires only a 10mm Allen key, making assembly/disassembly or chainring replacement child's play. And this is not only possible with 1-speed systems such as the XC/Gravel, but also with 2-speed DM chainrings.

The Rotor ALDHU24 crank system with 24mm axle allows mounting in standard shimano bearings and larger diameter bearings even in narrow 41mm bottom bracket housings.
The system for racing bikes was developed together with the rotor VEGAST and shares the innovative and modular design with it. However, the ALDHU has been extremely trimmed to a reduced weight and with its crank arms weighing only 182 grams (170mm length and a system weight of less than 600g with one-piece chainrings 50/34) offers the extraordinarily high rigidity of the top class. Comparable crank systems from other premium manufacturers are far above the system price of the ALDHU rotor.

Without specialist knowledge or special tools, assembly is completed in minutes and changing the chainrings is just as easy. Thanks to the Direct Mount System, in which the blades are mounted directly on the shaft without a spider, a standard Allen key is sufficient as a tool. You can choose between the revolutionary one-piece combination chainring (chainring combination milled from a block) and single chainrings. Both in round design or with the oval Q-rings from Rotor with 12.5% ovality. Alternatively, a Direct Mount Spider can also be used, which enables the traditional assembly of two chainrings with chainring bolts and further expands the range.

The Direct Mount System of the Rotor ALDHU enables for the first time the fine adjustment of oval chainrings (OCP) in one-degree steps and thus an incomparable individualisation to personal requirements. This gives the driver the best possible approach to the best possible step efficiency. The crank arms of the ALDHU are made of the high-strength and very light 7075 aluminium alloy and are reworked/hollow drilled using Rotor's patented Trinity Drilling System, offering a perfect ratio of stiffness to weight.

Rotor ALDHU is perfect for racing cyclists who want a very light crank system with no complications, low maintenance and installation and the ability to improve step efficiency. It shares the driver's desire for individuality with crank systems in the very expensive premium lightweight class, but in contrast is affordable.
The ALDHU is of course compatible with other Shimano, SRAM or Campagnolo racing bike groups and offers future-proof technology thanks to Direct Mount.
