The Fastwitch in its ninth edition lives up to its legacy of speed and a touch of stability. With a lightweight engineered mesh upper offering breathability and support, and a responsive SSL EVA midsole for quick transitions through your gait cycle, you may just want to tie these racing shoes tight before you get your fast on.
The 'neutral shoe' or 'cushioning shoe' is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). These shoes are therefore suitable for runners who have regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not roll their feet inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used for competition, for fast training and for long endurance sessions. The damping may vary depending on the application: in order to achieve more direct ground contact during competition, it is advisable to use only a slightly cushioned shoe. When training on hard surfaces or for long distances, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.
