Schwalbe offers significantly improved solutions, especially for the service life of the tires, and not only marks a new performance level for all MTB disciplines with their very different requirements in competition use. For the Addix compound, Schwalbe uses a highly modern and extremely precise mixing technology that is otherwise not used in the bicycle tire industry.

Two different rubber compounds for better performance.
RaceGuard
Puncture protection level-4. A double layer of nylon fabric provides solid protection. Specially designed for light and sporty tires.
SnakeSkin
One of the most effective inventions Schwalbe has developed for the bike. This fabric makes it 40-50 g heavier, only. This protects it from contact with sharp edges, which can quickly slit the sidewall of light competition tires.
E-Bike Ready 50
For fast e-bikes a special release of the tire is necessary. Tires with ECE-R75 approval valid throughout Europe are the simplest solution here.
