Durable but sneakily slippery in wet and cold conditions

I have the E50 version originally fitted to my S-Pedelec. After a couple of decades of commuting, this is the only tire that has had such noticeably poor wet grip. Incredibly durable, easy to roll and I have completely escaped punctures, however, there have been a few falls and some nasty situations.
