Using two high resolution cell layers that can be pressurised independently provides ultimate flexibility in comfort adjustment and protection from rough terrain. Offset for more uniform insulation and cushioning, the Dual Layer design also ensures a level of built in redundancy allowing the mat to function even if one of the layers is punctured.

Exkin Platinum is a super light, silent material with a thin metallic surface. Exkin Platinum Thermal Technology reflects emitted heat radiation back to the user.

Thermolite
Thermolite insulation, designed for ultimate performance, is made from special fibers that provide high CLO value at low weight. Thermolite HL-1 High Loft Insulation is a textile fibre filling of unique 3D frills with solid and hollow core fibres that combine outstanding lightweight warmth with excellent durability. Thermolite insulation spreads within the Air Sprung Cells to prevent convective heat loss from the warm body to the floor. To achieve the best possible effect, a combination of Exkin Platinum and Thermolite is used in all versions of the insulated mats.
