Refining lightweight cold-climate sleeping comfort, this mat combines a lightweight 30/40D Nylon fabric, Exkin Platinum and Thermolite insualtion with a loop baffle Air Sprung Cell construction to create a 10 cm thick mat with an incredibly low weight. Larger air pockets are created by using many looped TPU baffles which connect the top and bottom fabric layers with the Air Sprung Cell dot weld pattern.

The looped baffles allow the top and bottom layers to be positioned further apart creating larger pockets of air when inflated that require less fabric overall. Thermolite HL-1 High Loft Insulation is a textile fibre filling of unique 3D frills with solid and hollow core fibres that combine outstanding lightweight warmth with excellent durability. Thermolite insulation spreads within the Air Sprung Cells to prevent convective heat loss from the warm body to the floor. To achieve the best possible effect, a combination of Exkin Platinum and Thermolite is used in all versions of the insulated mats.
