By which transport company will my order be delivered?
We cooperate with our reliable partners DHL (small parts and clothing) and UPS / CargoLine (for bicycles, wheels and tyres). After delivery from our logistics center, you will receive a confirmation of shipment by e-mail. Through your customer login you can observe the current status of your order. Please note: your order is delivered directly to your doorstop.
When do we send the order?
Our delivery promise to you - order from Monday to Friday until 3 pm and we will send your order on the same day!
How long does the delivery take?
You will receive your goods within the UK about 2-4 business days after the order has arrived with us. The tracking process allows you to keep track of your goods and know where they are at the moment.
Please note: When paying by bank transfer the delivery will be delayed by approx. 2-3 business days.
Can the delivery address be changed after shipping?
No, a change of the delivery schedule is unfortunately no longer possible after shipping.
On which days will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday with DHL and from Monday to Friday with UPS / CargoLine.
Can I request a specific day and time of the delivery?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Our delivery service provider(s) have no influence on the exact delivery period.
Where is my order delivered to?
Your order will be delivered directly to your door.
Is transport insurance included in the cost of delivery and what is the limit of this?
Every order which leaves our logistics center has travel insurance. The costs are borne by us - you do not have to pay anything. The transport insurance covers all damages and the loss of goods enroute. In every case you are guaranteed to receive an undamaged package with the complete contents of your order. Everything else is our concern. Should something be damaged, you will quickly receive a replacement.
