The gear lever works great, is precise and tight.
Installation in 2018 to replace the SLX lever required a little extra effort because the bracket on the new lever had to be replaced with the bracket on the old lever and they were not exactly the same size. A little grinding was successful, and the end went smoothly. It was worth the effort and money, the gears are now changing really accurately and the frost doesn’t seem to affect performance as much as it did in the old SLX.
