Easy to assemble and works well. Much better than the slider that was included when I bought the Fox Transfer dropper for 1x11. It is back on the lever, so it helps to pull back the wire when releasing. Does the wire go a bit sluggish due to moisture and sub-zero temperatures, maybe it can help something? The same layout on the lever as Shimano's shift lever, so it looks nicer too ... Feels good anyway.
