The SL-M7000 shift levers, which are equipped with the proven Rapidfire Plus technology and 2-way release and ensure consistent shifting performance with minimum operating forces, are responsible for the high-precision but ultra smooth shifting with the new SLX.

2-Way Release
Rapidfire Plus gear levers are equipped with 2-way release (release in two directions). This means that the cable is released by pulling with the index finger or pressing with the thumb.

I-Spec II
Fastening system for the integration of shift and brake levers. The new I-Spec II with its narrow clamp provides a tidy appearance, less weight and more space on the handlebar.
