The teeth of the premium SM-CRM91 single chainrings are equipped with Shimano's new Dynamic Chain Engagement (DCE) technology and provide optimum chain guidance - both in terms of guidance during crank rotation and chain retention on the chainring in rough terrain. The danger of a chain jumping down is thus further minimised. In addition, these chainrings are designed with glass fibre composite material that takes into account the forces and loads that occur in each case and guarantees a long service life.
