All in all, I am very happy with the brake. Top braking performance even on long descents. It absorbs wet almost as well as in dry weather and is easy and quick to vent through the one-way bleed system.
I bought this caliper because I had one of my pistons broken on one of my M640s and unfortunately Shimano does not offer piston sets as spare parts. That's why only four stars - a really easy and cheap to fix problem that unfortunately can only be remedied by buying new.

I've ordered the brake caliper to have a more brake force on the front brake than with the SLX 675 brake. Since I did not want to have two different levers, I just ordered the Zee Bremssattel.
Short facts:
SLX 675 and Zee 640 brake levers are almost identical.
SLX 675 lever has a lever width adjustment that the Zee lever does not have.
Brake lines + oil are identical.
The only thing you need is the BL-C901 screw, with which you must attach the brake cable to the brake caliper. The one from the SLX is another.
The screwing and venting was a children's play and the conversion took only an hour when working fine.
The braking performance of the brake so converted is excellent. In the not yet braked state better than the SLX in the braked state. Clearly, four pistons are also operated.
And for friends of the same pressure point for front and rear it is also super, because the Zee has a slightly softer pressure point and with the SLX the HR brake is softer than the VR brake. Thus, the pressure points of both brakes are identical.
I can only recommend the conversion to everyone. Cost it is only the brake caliper and the small screw. Everything else can be used further. It also works with the lever of the XT 785 brake.
The delivery time of Brügelmann was great. I buy more and more often somehow.
