The rotary handle is only suitable for SRAM switching groups. I have either read or it is not there.
for explanation:
The SRAM shifters need a 1: 1 ratio, the Shimano shifters work with a 2: 1 ratio. SRAM offers these rotary handles for both systems. The Shimano-compatible grips are called MRX anything else is for SRAM.
So be careful when choosing your own system!
Otherwise, the service from Brügelmann top, fast shipping, super packed ... definitely recommendable.

Excellent acting Grip Shift switch Grip Shift rear derailleur prod. No. 254 689.
Note, it does not work with a Shimano rear derailleur as the ratio of the parallelogram derailleur is slightly different. The distances of the switch are slightly larger than Shiman, making the switch easier. The light switch was the reason for me to switch to SRAM. The SRAM and Shimano cassettes are standardized. ATB I have been with for several weeks and the switch is a pleasure in all conditions.
