CAGE LOCK
Thanks to the CAGE LOCK technology in the rear derailleur, the removal and installation of the rear wheel and the chain assembly are faster and easier than ever. Just push the cage forward (to release the chain tension) and lock.

EXACT ACTUATION
When introducing the road bike technologies, SRAM used the proven SRAM MTB 1:1 ratio for 10-speed shifting (spring travel shift cable: rear derailleur movement). Exact Actuation helps to achieve a simpler and more stable balance between the design of the rear derailleur suspension, narrow gear rim spaces and precise tensile stress. The result: a shifting system that is child's play to operate.

ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH
ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH rear derailleurs offer maximum drive stability - even on murderous and highly demanding terrain. The ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH technology puts an end to shaky rear derailleurs and beating chains - without sacrificing precision.

X-HORIZON
The parallelogram design of the X-HORIZON rear derailleur limits movement along the horizontal axis, thus eliminating the so-called "ghost shifting" and simultaneously reduces the shifting force. For faster and more precise shifting, the large offset of the upper pulley ensures a constant chain distance in each gear.

X-SYNC
X-SYNC 1X chainrings from SRAM ensure maximum performance and durability. The long SRAM X-SYNC tooth edges grip the chain earlier than traditional triangular teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile as well as the rounded inclined edges support the chain guide. To provide the best possible performance even on muddy terrain, the X-SYNC chainrings have recesses for removing dirt and mud from the inner chain links and rollers. The X-SYNC chainrings manufactured in Germany are an important part of the 1X drive from SRAM.
