Been driving with the handles for a few months now.
I think the grip is perfectly fine and that is also how I would describe the handles in general. For me, who have small hands, they don't fit very well and when I switched to a pair of Ergon handles, I got both better control and got rid of the numbness I've had in my hands while riding with these handles.
Don't buy if you have small hands, but if you have big hands, it's a simple handle that works.
