PowerLock
SRAM engineers have developed PowerLock as a tool-free, safe and constant way to connect 10-speed and 11-speed chains. Although PL does not require any special tools for assembly, each PowerLock can only be used once due to the narrow tolerance range of a 10 and 11-speed drive.

X-Sync
X-SYNC 1X chainrings from SRAM ensure maximum performance and durability. The long SRAM X-SYNC tooth edges grip the chain earlier than traditional triangular teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile as well as the rounded inclined edges support the chain guide. To provide the best possible performance even on muddy terrain, the X-SYNC chainrings have recesses for removing dirt and mud from the inner chain links and rollers. The X-SYNC chainrings manufactured in Germany are an important part of the 1X drive from SRAM.
