The SRAM RED AXS Powermeter throws tradition overboard and breaks through to a new level of performance. By reducing the chainring size and increasing the transmission bandwidth of the cassette, Sram has completely redefined and redesigned the gear gradation of the road bike. At the same time, the 13-tooth gear step between the chainrings has been retained to ensure precise shifting in any setup. The result is a more usable gear ratio in all configurations and fundamentally better gears. Control and individualization. AXS is the latest system to integrate bike components and takes the wireless switching of eTap to a new level. The SRAM AXS App allows the rider not only to check the battery status and change the shifting behaviour. It can also be used to customise controllers, receive maintenance reminders and retrieve firmware updates.
