Completely overpriced

A completely overpriced driving light! Yes, the light output is good, but the product is simply not thought out at all! After a little more than a year, water collected in my lamp (the product is leaking), which turned it into a mini biotope. The lamp can of course NOT be disassembled and cleaned. The light output is now only below average.
No, it's simply unacceptable for the price! And as the previous speaker mentioned: such packaging is simply unnecessary and no one needs such a cheese! I always had B&M lights until 2018, and wanted something of higher quality that is not stable. I will definitely no longer buy a Supernova product.

Excellent lighting, easy assembly. One complaint: put a detachable cable to connect the rear lamp

Light excellent - otherwise restriction

Outstanding and m.W. The brightest permitted is the exiting light. It is so impressively bright, that opposing drivers, as opposed to my predecessor, now dimmed. The edge of the main light field is not so sharp as with BUM headlights, and it is therefore easier to see something besides, especially when turning. With this headlamp it is really fun to drive in the dark on unlit streets.
In contrast to the Edelux, the Supernova has no automatic switch-on. And the switch of the Supernova is not easy to operate with thick winter gloves in contrast to the Edelux.
A holder is included. However, it is not attached with standard screws through the fork crown, but has a milled thread. Because that does not fit my bike I had to use my old holder and the enclosed holder is useless for me.
Even when the rear light is connected, the headlight is not very compatible with BUM. The double cable for the taillight is about half the length up to the taillight. To connect a BUM taillight, the rear light cable just behind the headlamp or the tail light coming from the tail light must be clamped in the middle and connected to the terminals and the shrink tube.
For connecting the headlight to the dynamo I would have expected at the price connector for common nabendynamos - mis-indication. Fortunately, I still had a pair of sockets from SON in reserve.
Saving might be Supernova instead the elaborate packaging. The chic tin can is because of the black color not even for Christmas cookies continue to use.
Because of the described at the price annoying details, I give despite the excellent light not the complete score.
