The Syntace P6 made of 7075 Aluminium - the tough companion. Intelligence integrated. The first seat post that is easy on the seat and the user with a really useful range of adjustments: Adjust backwards - like a bent seatpost and forward - like a straight seat post.

The 27.2 mm aluminium post requires a min of only 70 mm insert length, instead of 90 mm, if not otherwise specified by the frame manufacturer. This is why Syntace was able to reduce its total length from 400 mm to 380 mm while the useable length of the post remains unchanged.

Super-narrow 30 mm ESA-support on top
The Syntace Extended Seat Adjustment design offers lots of adjustability back and forth. The key: only the stop-edge offset in relation to the middle axis defines the real offset of a seatpost, so we made the upper clamping part of the Syntace super-narrow. Because the further back the limiting stop-edge is located, the further you can slide back your seat.

Extra-wide 52 mm ERS-support on the bottom
The asymmetrical backwards extended Syntace ERS seat support - Extended Rail Support - offers lots of support for the seat rails. With these far extended ERS booms it is finally possible to use seats with light titanium rails off-road - without bending or breaking them.

Infinite, statically perfect micro-adjustability
The two-bolt micro adjust is simply the best AND most precise angle adjustment. In the Syntace P6 we combine it with the best accessibility of bolts and real 30° pivoting range. The cold-forged 3D head is already positioned horizontally (contrary to extremely expensive “simple constructions”). And: the bolts are positioned absolutely symmetrical, exactly in the direction of force. This way it stays light and bomb-proof, even under high loads.

Syntace Engineering
Special 4-times reinforced precision alloy tubing. FEM as well as extreme runs on a testing machine (VR-3 SP-approved) lead the way to a new and load-oriented material distribution. All parts of the head are cold-forged from 7075 aluminium, deep ribbed and coupled through "cardanic" ellipsoid anchors. It is not easy to manufacture but makes the Syntace P6 seatpost light and incredibly sturdy. Just what you are used to from Syntace.

Ingenious workmanship and fit. Syntace is also based in our region, so the purchase supports the local economy. Somehow it was also a purchase criterion. :) My SQlab 612 ERGOWAVE carbon with highly oval carbon struts (7x9.6mm) can be clamped perfectly with it.

Geniale Verarbeitung und Passform. Syntace ist zudem in unserer Region ansässig, durch den Kauf wird also die lokale Wirtschaft unterstützt. War irgendwie auch ein Kaufkriterium. :) Mein SQlab 612 ERGOWAVE Carbon mit hochovalen Carbonstreben (7x9,6mm) lässt sich perfekt damit klemmen.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne und sichere sattelstütze. Tadellos verarbeitet und ganz ehrlich......carbon hin und her......leicht , sicher und ein gutes Gefühl. Alu ist immer noch das mass der Dinge. Lieber 100 Gramm abnehmen ,aber sicher fahren.

After weeks of frustration, trying out, despair finally the redemption and rest during cycling. The original prop could not be stopped, Especially during the ride it was constantly dropped into the seat tube, everything tried, totally dry built, grease on all touch surfaces, dynamic assembly paste, only the independent downward movement I could stop by the latter means. Cadence display was not required, since this was manifested in cracking in cadence. The first spare support brought me from the rain into the eaves. Defect production, which led to the complaint. Now I was ready to take money in my hand, and that was good! The P6 is not a snap but worth every penny. All contact surfaces (support / seatpipe, clamping / rails) lubricated with CASTROL LMX, installed, getorqued, driven, nachgetorqued and rest! How beautiful can be biking! Highly Recommended! I must add, however, that I bring almost 100 kilograms on the scale and the MTB not only for baking. If you do the same negative experiences as I do, do not shy away from the money!

Nach Wochen des Frustes, des Ausprobierens, der Verzweiflung endlich die Erlösung und Ruhe beim Radfahren. Die Originalstütze ließ sich ums Verrecken nicht ruhigstellen, vor allem ist sie während der Fahrt ständig ins Sattelrohr abgesunken, alles probiert, total trocken eingebaut, Fett an allen Berührungsflächen, Dynamic Montagepaste, nur die selbständige Abwärtsbewegung konnte ich durch letzteres Mittel stoppen. Cadenzanzeige war nicht erforderlich, da diese sich in Knacken in Trittfrequenz kundtat. Erste Ersatzstütze brachte mich vom Regen in die Traufe. Fehlproduktion, die zur Reklamation führte. Nun war ich bereit, Geld in die Hand zu nehmen, und das war gut so! Die P6 ist kein Schnäpper, aber jeden Cent wert. Alle Berührungsflächen (Stütze / Sattelrohr, Klemmung / Rails) mit CASTROL LMX eingeschmiert, eingebaut, getorqued, gefahren, nachgetorqued und Ruhe! Wie schön kann Biken sein! Absolut empfehlenswert! Hinzufügen muß ich allerdings auch, daß ich fast 100 Kilo auf die Waage bringe und das MTB nicht nur zum Brötchenholen benutze. Wenn ihr gleiche Negativerfahrungen macht, wie ich, scheut nicht das Geld!
