Topeak Defender FX / RX 279er Mudguard Set

A good product that when mounted correctly sits well and does the job they are supposed to do. Before mounting the rear part of the seat bar, you should put on a round or two of tape / a rubber piece from an old bike hose so that it sits better against the bar and does not slide, then it sits well. You can do the same with the front part before mounting it in the fork.

These fenders are the last.
I have rarely experienced such a complicated installation, especially for the rear part.
I would never buy again.

Seems that the front side lock mechanism is not too reliable. Dropped twice within the first week. Gave up. Rear is OK.
