This is a working torque wrench. Handy size, roughly equivalent to a felt-tip pen. Can also be used without the torque head as a regular screwdriver, and normal screwdriver bits are suitable for this, as long as you don't twist too hard. Yes, and from the feel of the knob, it is difficult to torque to 5 Nm. I had previously left the screws too loose.
