Aluminium
Aluminium is a lightweight material characterised by fast and even heat distribution. This avoids burning in the middle of the frying pan. The hard surface also offers good protection against scratches and wear. The Ultralight aluminium is 50% stronger than conventional aluminium. As a result, a smaller amount of the material is required during production, which makes the storm cookers lighter.

Non-stick
Non-stick coatings are great for frying with little to no fat. Nothing burns, which additionally facilitates cleaning. Non-stick is slightly more sensitive to scratches and wear. It is therefore recommended to use only plastic or wooden cutlery. The coating - originally developed by NASA - shows high heat resistance and low friction.
