Biotech Bionol
If you want to achieve the best braking performance, you have to use first-class hydraulic fluid. Trickstuff now offers a brake oil developed and manufactured in Germany. It is made from plant-based oil - not crude oil - and has unique properties.

Good for the Environment, Good for the Brakes
Bionol is obtained from rapeseed oil and is non-hazardous for humans and the environment. Unlike conventional mineral oils, brake fluid according to the DOT standard and, of course, glycol (which is similarly harmful to the environment as DOT). Bionol does not harm paintwork or the skin, is classified as non-toxic, low in evaporation and not hazardous to water.

Not Only for Racers
The problem of overheated brakes is not only faced by marathon riders during hard braking manoeuvres on long downhill runs, but above all by on alpine descents with luggage and less experienced riders during infamous continuous braking manoeuvres. Therefore every bike athlete will benefit from the sensational Bionol properties.

Boiling Point
The onset of boiling of Bionol is 300°C and the actual boiling point is 420°C. This is considerably higher than with conventional mineral oil or DOT5.1.

Viscosity
Bionol is a particularly thin brake medium and therefore extremely advantageous for the function of modern disc brakes.

Origin
Bionol is distributed exclusively by Trickstuff on behalf of Danico Biotech. The products are developed and manufactured in Germany. Danico Biotech oils are regularly tested in the World Cup and on the toughest tracks in the world.

Compatibility
Bionol has been mixed and tested by Trickstuff in Piccola, Direttissima and Maxima brakes with mineral oils from other brake manufacturers. For legal reasons Trickstuff cannot guarantee the safety for use in other mineral oil brakes.
So far, the experience with Shimano and Magura brakes has only been good with Bionol. Bionol is not compatible with Cleg brakes and other DOT-based brakes.

Pressure Stability
Bionol does not compress and transfers 100% of the force from the lever to the brake disc!
