With a 29" Tubo-MTB tube you can save more than 100g at your wheel compared to a standard butyl rubber tube. Packaging size is reduced to approximately half of a standard tube, the puncture resistance is doubled, which gives you maximum breakdown protection. Mounting is as easy as with a standard tube, this product gives you an excellent alternative to tubeless solution.

Unfortunately, there is no massive saving in weight on price. I cannot confirm the higher puncture protection. The 1mm spike tip immediately led to the puncture. The driving experience and assembly takes some getting used to.
Still, I'm happy with the weight. I got Continental tires now. According to Bike Magazin, they should have the best puncture protection.
