This product ONLY works on existing holes on your bike. The holes on the product are 40mm wide and from 'inside-outwards' there is also an option for 18mm.
So there is NO additional clamp-on method.
I wish this would have been more clearly described.
My kids bike had rear area used for a disc brake which had holes 25mm wide. So this product does not fit on the bike.
