I bought these rain pants for a long cycle. Shortly before leaving, I tried the pants in a light summer rain. The walk, at a slow pace, lasted a quarter. I wasn't sweating at all. Back home, the light mountain fox pants under Vaude's "rain pants" were wet in large fields. Turned in and out on Vaude's pants, and large sections on the inside were wet. These cycling rain pants are completely inoperable. I had to take my old, heavier mountain rain pants instead, and I lost the money.
