I tried these magnet-free sensors, but I was disappointed with their accuracy. The sensors are capable of displaying average speed and distance approximately correctly. Instead, the instantaneous speed and cadence vary by approximately +/- 20%. I think it's too much at a steady speed.
Particularly an uneven road causes a lot of mistakes.
If you want an accurate meter, I recommend magnetic sensors such as Wahoo SC Blue.
