Please note: the majority of our electronic products that come with plugs are fitted with 2-pronged EU plugs as standard. The operating voltage remains the same, however you may require an additional, simple EU to UK adapter to use them

Very good bike that doesn't have to shy away from comparison with much more expensive brands. What I personally miss are some functions on the simple display and a USB interface with charging function, e.g. for a cell phone. Otherwise very satisfied.

Very good engine and battery. Tire make did not match the spec and it was a car valve instead of a race valve. The front fender should go further down and there should be a chain guard to reduce the dirt on the chain. Good bicycle support. Gear as a MTB but I think the front ring would be 44T instead of 38T. Otherwise a very nice bike with high quality.

Stable bike with good handling properties and with low entry and very strong engine that seems to cope with all existing slopes. It is easy to change but wanted the center gear to be 44T instead of 38T. Tires and valve type did not match the spec and it was car valve instead of Presto. The bell was lousy. I think the display is of the simplest kind and I lack some functions. I enjoy the possibility of automatic mode on the assistance.
