The three Xenofit energy gels are the ideal complement to the bar range Xenofit energy bar and the isotonic drink Xenofit competition. All gels contain a highly concentrated carbohydrate mixture and are easily digestible. The one-time dosage of 25 g per stick has proved very useful during training and competition, as the practical packaging can be opened with one hand.

The gel retains a pleasant consistency even in the cold. The Xenofit energy gel is a sensible combination of short- and longer-chain carbohydrates for athletes. In addition, it contains vitamins B2 and B6, as these help to reduce exhaustion and are important for energy metabolism.
