XLC BL-V01 Brake Lever pair white/black (white/black)

The XLC V-Brake brake lever set BL-V01 is optimised for use with Rapidfire shift levers. The BL-V01 levers and the tension adjustment screw are made of high-quality aluminium. Due to the sporty 2-finger levers, the target group of the BL-V01 is most likely MTBs and cross bikes. But these brake levers are also suitable for youth bikes because the grip distance of the brake lever to the handlebar can be adjusted for short fingers with a grub screw.

2-finger lever
2-finger levers are brake levers whose lever length was manufactured for use with 2 fingers. 2-finger levers are often used for very sporty mountain bikes.

V-brake
A V-brake brake is a bicycle rim brake that is mounted on a special adapter base on the bicycle frame or fork and actuated by a side-guided pull. Some of the brake levers are especially suitable for mounting in combination with V-brakes.
