I can only follow the other reviews, the XLC Lowriders seem to be made for forks with front eyelets, with eyelets at the bottom (in the direction of travel) back of the fork I did not get them mounted in connection with quick releases. Comes without assembly instructions, none can be found on the XLC website. Otherwise they seem stable.

It can not be used as a lowrider. The axle of the front wheel ends up just behind the package holder. The mounting ear on the package holder is therefore incorrect. Had to make my own mounts for it to work (and you should not have to do that).
