This pedal is is equipped on one side with a SPD-compatible cleat system, the other side has got a normal "bear's paw" tread. Thus, you have got the possibility either to bike wearing "normal shoes", or you can optimise your treading energy and the roundness of your treading by wearing a system shoe. The pedal body and the foot holder are made of aluminium, the CroMO axle has got ball bearings. The SPD adapter is contained in the scope of delivery and i compatible with all current bike shoes.
