Please note: all of our bike models come with an EU standard brake setup. This will need to be reversed to comply with UK cycling standards.

What happens if I order a free delivery item?

When your order is eligible for free delivery, we pay for the delivery. Orders containing bicycles over 18 inches or other large equipment (bulky goods) are not eligible for free shipping.

Are the delivery costs already included in the VAT?

All delivery costs include VAT.

What are the delivery costs for mixed product baskets?

The delivery costs for mixed product baskets (bicycles + small parts) are always calculated based on the bike ordered. So, if you order a bike or an e-bike worth over £499 we will cover the delivery costs for the small parts you also order. The order value for bicycles and e-bikes is always calculated independently of the small parts ordered.


WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

We use DPD and UPS to deliver small parts and clothing. For bulky and fragile items, we use UPS or Koch International. After they’ve picked up your package from our logistics centre, you’ll receive shipment confirmation via e-mail. Sign into your customer account on our website to check the status of your order. If you don't have an account with us tracking details will be sent via email once your item is shipped. Please note: your order is delivered directly to your address.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on whether you’ve ordered a bulky item, such as a bicycle, or a small item. The tracking ID allows you to keep an eye on the delivery progress.

CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE CHANGED AFTER SHIPPING?

No, unfortunately it isn’t possible to make changes to the delivery address after the order has been confirmed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Where possible, we'll try our best to cancel your order. Contact our Customer Care Team as soon as you can to see what we can do for you.

ON WHICH DAYS WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday with DPD and from Monday to Friday with UPS and Koch International.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DAY AND TIME OF THE DELIVERY?

Sorry, this isn’t possible. We cannot influence the exact delivery period. The exception to this is Koch International. They’ll contact you using the phone number provided on your order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER DELIVERED TO?

Your order will be delivered directly to your delivery address.

IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU DON'T DELIVER TO?

We don't deliver to BFPOs or outside of the mainland UK and Ireland. This means it is not possible to deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

Your order will be shipped from one of our warehouses in Germany. We have different warehouses for different types of products – small parts and accessories from one, full bikes and bulky items from another – therefore, we cannot guarantee your complete order will be sent out together in one go.

IS TRANSPORT INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Every order that leaves our logistics centre is insured. The costs are covered by us - you don’t have to pay anything. The transport insurance covers all damages and loss of goods during delivery. In every case you’re absolutely entitled to receive an undamaged package with the complete contents of your order. Everything else is our concern. Should something be damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.


WHY IS MY ORDER DIVIDED INTO SEVERAL PACKAGES?

So that we can send your order as soon as possible, sometimes we divide it into more than one package. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as usual. Once the packages have been shipped, you will receive a separate e-mail for each package, each with a different shipment tracking ID.

Our automated delivery system detects whether your purchase is a partial delivery. We have opted for this shipping option in order to offer you an even better service and avoid delays in shipping.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER WHEN RETURNING PARTIAL DELIVERIES?

If you want to return one or more items, you can simply return the goods to us in one package.
