DownWool is an innovative high-end filling made of 70% down and 30% wool. The down provides a very high insulation performance at low weight. However, down insulates only as long as it's dry. With increasing humidity, the insulating effect of down is significantly reduced. Wool has the property to insulate and absorb moisture that arises. This keeps the down drier for longer and thus retains its very high insulating capacity.
