Unless stated otherwise all of our bikes and brake accessories are sold according to the EU standard brake setup (right hand rear and left hand front) which is in reverse to UK standard brake setup.
Please note: the majority of our electronic products that come with plugs are fitted with 2-pronged EU plugs as standard. The operating voltage remains the same, however you may require an additional, simple EU to UK adapter to use them

I have had electric bikes before as well as several different regular bikes and Haibike breathes quality. Stable bike with a comfortable riding position.
Yamaha's TE motor is awesome, the automatic mode is worth its weight in gold when you ride with different inclines and you don't have to adjust the assistance mode yourself. Good torque and you can easily pull prams or push children. The motor is compact and well protected, just like the battery.
Possibly the brakes could be a little better, but they are good enough and you can change them in the future if you want for a decent amount of money. MIK plate on the luggage rack so you can buy bags and other things that can be clicked in and out.
27.5 inch wide tires and front shocks are optimal and mean that you will be able to ride on trails and other slightly more bumpy and uneven surfaces like a dance...in addition, you can put on solid studded tires or mountain bike tires if you want.
Incredibly satisfied after the first week.
