KlickFix GTA Luggage Carrier Adapter black (black)
With the rack adapter, the large plate forms a flat loading surface and simultaneously serves as an adapter for baskets, boxes and bags. All parts are lockable via a central locking system. The adapter plate is screwed onto the rack with two stable bridges (up to a maximum width of 14.5 cm). Click the basket, box or top case in the middle. Hang the bags into the side slots.

Yes but:
The plate only has holes about 9.5 cm apart. If the luggage rack is this wide (like my luggage rack) then unfortunately the plate cannot be attached.
