Due to the special rim profile with the completely edge-free outer contour, this rim is very light and also extremely resistant to external forces. The flared rim flanks are more dent resistant than conventional straight rim flanks and give the tire a rounder shape and thus more curve grip.
The NEWMEN FADE rear hub's much quieter freewheel means you can concentrate fully on the trail and, in combination with 28 Sapim D-light spokes each, this results in a super-light yet stable wheelset, perfect for trail riding.
