I have just installed a pressfit control kit with the tool. This works quite easily. It is important not to forget to grease the enclosed washers (white plastic) on both sides.
In contrast to other tools, the latter rests on the outer edge of the bearing shells. This has the advantage that the bearing itself is not loaded. However, you can not press in recessed bearings.
The fact that this tool is rarely necessary, and in view of the simple construction it is quite expensive. Therefore a star trigger.
